Make & Wrap — Little wreath, beautiful gift

Using seasonal flowers, dried botanicals, grasses, berries, seed heads and delicate branches, you will create a natural botanical wreath on a bamboo ring.

Sustainability is at the heart of the workshop. Instead of floral foam, plastic and disposable wrapping, we work with natural and reusable materials and explore how thoughtful floral mechanics can reduce waste. The bamboo ring can be reused, the botanical elements can dry naturally, and the bojagi-style textile wrapping can be used again and again.

Once your wreath is complete, we turn our attention to the art of gifting. We will place the finished decoration in a beautiful box and wrap it. 

You will learn a bojagi/ furoshiki textile wrapping technique, using reusable fabric to create an elegant, waste-conscious presentation. Natural ribbons, a flower detail and a handmade tag complete your gift.

Bojagi/ Furoshiki is a traditional Korean/Japanese textile wrapping technique that uses reusable fabric to beautifully wrap and carry gifts and objects without disposable packaging.

You will leave with a small botanical artwork made by hand — a seasonal decoration that can be enjoyed or gifted.

Techniques: botanical composition, natural mechanics, foam-free floral techniques, securing and balancing botanical materials, asymmetrical design, layering and texture, and bojagi reusable gift wrapping.

Sustainable approach: no floral foam, no plastic wrapping, minimal waste, reusable materials and botanical elements selected to age beautifully.

Wreath size: cca 20 cm.

✔ The price includes the basic materials (floral material,bojagi textile, accessories, packaging material/ bag, ribbon), soft beverages, snacks and a small gift from us. You can take your arrangement home with you at the end.

✔ We provide the tools, apron and gloves.

✔ Limited number: max. 7 people.

✔ Duration: approx. 2 hours.

✔ Language: Hungarian, English. The workshops are held in English or Hungarian depending on the participants.

✔ Gift cards, which can be purchased on our website, can be used towards all workshops.

✔ Private floral workshops at your location of choice is also possible with prior arrangement

 Note: If you sign up for one of our workshops but cannot come, you can cancel 5 days before the event by email or phone. You can also transfer participation to someone else.

Namu reserves the right to cancel any workshop for any reason (usually low attendance- min 3 person). In case of full cancellation, all customers will be notified 24 hours before the workshop and have the option of: requesting a credit for a future session of equal or lesser value, or using the amount paid in our store, or receiving a full refund.
